Percept ICE curates a spectacular 10 day ‘Lukshmi Vilas Palace Heritage Garba 2025’ in Vadodara

Percept ICE, the Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Exhibitions, Brand Activation and Corporate IP division of Percept Limited, successfully managed the magnificent ‘Lukshmi Vilas Palace Heritage Garba 2025’, a ten-night celebration of rhythm, devotion, and heritage that unfolded under the starlit skies of Vadodara at the iconic Motibaug Cricket Ground of the Lukshmi Vilas Palace. Held from 22nd September to 1st October 2025, the event drew over 25,000 attendees each night on-ground, with hundreds more tuning in live from across the world.

Organised by Shri Maharani Chimnabai Stree Udyogalaya and the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum Trust under the gracious patronage of the Royal Family of Vadodara – The Gaekwads, the festival celebrated India’s living cultural legacy through music, dance, art, and devotion.

Décor Themed around ‘Navdurga’, the 2025 edition came alive through majestic hand-painted Pattachitra artworks by Odisha’s master artisans, forming a sacred visual narrative that enveloped the entire venue. Central to the experience was the enchanting Bolto Ambo – the “Speaking Mango Tree”, symbolizing women’s empowerment and collective consciousness, adorned with heartfelt wishes and reflections pinned by devotees each night.

From the stirring beats of Shiv Mudra Dhol Tasha Pathak (Pune) and soulful performances by Sachin and Ashita Limaye to the ethereal Mandali music by the Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU, every evening witnessed a seamless blend of divinity and artistry. Dignitaries from varied fields graced the event, including a special felicitation of Dr. Kalhans Patel, fondly known as the Father of Garba, and an honouring ceremony for eminent Fine Arts artists from MSU, among others.

Percept ICE helmed the planning and on-ground execution of this grand celebration of culture and faith. In close collaboration with the committee chaired by Her Highness Maharani Radhika Raje Gaekwad, the entire event was seamlessly managed by Percept ICE, inclusive of project planning, ground layout, technical, production, branding, F&B, housekeeping, accreditations, access control, security management, rain contingency measures and overall show flow.

From managing production of the vibrant ‘Khao Galli’ featuring 35+ regional and global food brands to executing the thoughtful ‘Chappal Galli’ footwear storage zone, Percept ICE ensured smooth, guest-centric operations across the Garba grounds. The sacred 400-year-old tree, conceptualized and designed by the client as a serene Mandir space, was supported through daily upkeep coordination and on-ground management. Every element — from ground preparation and pathways to synchronized lighting, immersive sound, curated stage visuals, and drone cinematography — helped transform the venue into a living canvas of devotion and dance, blending grandeur with spiritual grace.
