Percept ICE, the Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Exhibitions, Brand Activation and Corporate IP division of Percept Limited, successfully executed a series of premium engagements for Chalet Hotels across New Delhi, Mumbai, and Khandala, including the Chalet Hotels Showcase at IHA held on 22–23 September 2025, the high profile launch of Athiva Hotels & Resorts by Chalet on 15 October 2025, and the Athiva Hotels & Resorts Launch Party hosted on 7 November 2025.

The event series commenced with the Chalet Hotels Showcase at Indian Hospitality Summit and Awards (IHA), held on 22–23 September, 2025 at JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi. With seamlessly integrated digital and experiential elements, the platform positioned Chalet Hotels as a thought leader championing future-ready hospitality industry.

The launch of Athiva Hotels & Resorts by Chalet Group was a high profile celebration with the new luxury hospitality brand of Athiva unveiled on 15 October, 2025 at Raheja Altimus, Worli, Mumbai. Percept ICE managed the complete conceptualization and end-to-end execution of this prestigious event, which unfolded as a day-to-night experience for media, HNIs, celebrities and key stakeholders. The launch opened with a striking digital act by the Kathak Rockers – a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony using LED-infused visuals that beautifully bridged heritage with technology.

Percept ICE handled creative ideation, event and décor design, production, hospitality, artist management, and show direction for both the media launch and gala dinner. The evening witnessed the presence of personalities such as Sanjeev Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and Angad Bedi. A key highlight was the event’s net-zero design, with end-to-end waste management integrated into the execution and all materials being either recycled, recyclable, or fully decomposable, including a PET-yarn carpet crafted from recycled plastic bottles, reinforcing Athiva’s commitment to responsible luxury. The party highlights included floating stages, performance by DJ Kayan and Shairaah with a live band.

The final celebration took place on 7 November, 2025 in Khandala with the Athiva Hotels & Resorts Launch Party – an exclusive, invitation-only gathering that introduced the brand to HNIs, media, and influencers in a warm, contemporary setting. Percept ICE led the complete event design, planning, execution and curated guest experience, covering concept creation, influencer outreach, décor design, artist and entertainment management, hospitality, and on-ground coordination. Every touchpoint was crafted to echo Athiva’s philosophy of joy, wellness, and sustainability, with soulful performances, thoughtful design elements, and immersive experiences shaping an intimate and memorable beginning to the brand’s journey.
