Hollywood star Jennifer Lawrence claims that before having her first child, she experienced two miscarriages.

The 32-year-old Oscar-winning performer claims that she became pregnant in her 20s and had an abortion arranged before giving birth.

She admitted to having a miscarriage by herself in Montreal in the October issue of Vogue.

She intended to have the baby but experienced a second miscarriage after having a dilation and curettage, which involves removing tissue from the uterus.

Lawrence still remembers the events, particularly in light of the June Supreme Court decision to reverse Roe v. Wade.

"I remember thinking about it a million times while I was pregnant," she recalled.

"I was contemplating the changes my body was undergoing. I also had a wonderful pregnancy. I was really fortunate during my pregnancy."

However, every single moment of my existence was unique. And occasionally I would think, "What if I were forced to do this?"

Following their announcement of their impending pregnancy in September 2021, Lawrence and Maroney eventually delivered a child in February.
