Sai Tamhankar Goes Global with Love Sonia!
Actress Sai Tamhankar goes global with her upcoming movie Love Sonia. She needs no introduction. She is one of the very few Marathi Artists to achieve recognition internationally.

Sai has been a part of Bollywood movies including Black & White & Ghajni. She bagged a lead role in Hunterrr, a 2015 Indian adult comedy movie written and directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni which starred Gulshan Devaiah and Radhika Apte.
Now, Sai is all set to star in yet another Bollywood Movie LOVE SONIA, directed by Tabrez Noorani, featuring Mrunal Thakur along with Riya Sisodiya, Freida Pinto, Demi Moore, Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadda, Anupam Kher, Adil Hussain & Rajkummar Rao in pivotal roles. Love Sonia had its world premiere at the London Indian Film Festival and is scheduled to release on 14 September.
The film talks about a sensitive issue in India and across the globe i.e Human Trafficking. The trailer of the film released today, giving us the glimpse of the tale. Sai is seen portraying the character of one Anjali who is introduced as the friend you wouldn’t want to have.
The trailer indeed takes us to a dark journey and is sure to give you goose bumps.
Sai said, “I cannot wait for the movie to release. It throws light on the malpractices still prevalent. I want the audience to take lessons from this movie and fight for their right.” as she left the premises.
