Parul Gulati to Star in a Fun Series on The Lives of Millennials
She has been paired opposite the charming and elusive Rajat Barmecha of ‘Udaan’ movie fame for a drama on Times Group’s soon-to-be-launched OTT platform, built on top of their acquisition of MX Player.
Having dabbled successfully in Punjabi cinema and playing no-nonsense characters in series like Nikhil Advani’s critically acclaimed ‘P.O.W’ and Haq Se, Parul Gulati’s next outing as an actor will come as a pleasant surprise for all her fans. The pretty actress has been signed up for a fun series based on trials millennials face in their day to day lives, including a sex-comedy angle running in parallel with the storyline.
Commenting on her new avatar Parul said, “It is about time I did something fun and relatable andbthe series came to me just when I was looking to do something which feels like fresh air. We were abfairly young cast working and in many ways we related to a lot of stuff in the series. I am sure audiences will have a ball watching the show.”
Sources have confirmed the series will air on the soon-to-be-launched OTT and will be one of the launch shows of the platform.
