Giving reference of the leading men of Bollywood, Sana states, “From Hrithik Roshan to Tiger Shroff, our film industry is blessed with people who are not only talented but also possess the good looks. Moreover, their energy level that keeps them on toes throughout the day, is unmatchable.”

“Of course the physical training, strenuous work out sessions, balanced diet and many other factors help in beautifying their appearance but it’s the mental stability and inner peace that brings out the glow on their face and makes them look energetic throughout, she further stated.
“Akshay Kumar is the biggest example of it. Despite strength training, Akshay never skips meditation to get relief from the mental stress. A healthy diet and hours of exercise would only be effective if your mind is in the right state,” she further added.
