Ed Sheeran sports a ‘ Jaipur Watch Company ’ timepiece on Netflix’s ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’
International musician Ed Sheeran was recently seen wearing a watch from ‘ Jaipur Watch Company ’ India’s first micro luxury watch brand.

In a recent interview on Netflix’s ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ the music sensation appeared in a self styled avatar and graciously wore the watch which was presented to him by Ayushman Sinha, Entrepreneur and Founder- Represent and BlackCab.
Devnagari Baagh
The ‘Devnagari Baagh’ timepiece worn by Ed Sheeran has been designed by the founder of the brand Mr Gaurav Mehta. This hand crafted timepiece with sapphire crystal has a one rupee coin from 1947 which was the last coin minted under British rule. The watch runs on a Japanese Miyota 8215 automatic movement and has Roman and Devanagari numerals.
Being a proud owner of the Devnagari Baagh watch himself, Mr Ayushman Sinha found a perfect gift in this watch for Ed Sheeran. Mr Sinha proudly posted on social media saying
“Gifted @teddysphotos a piece of our culture through a watch by @jaipurwatchcompany on this set. The crazy mad nice guy he is, he took off his AP and wore this watch through the entire show with Kapil. Mad mad mad stuff.”
Mr Gaurav Mehta was pleasantly surprised and humbled to have found out about this gesture and exclaimed “It is truly an honour for our brand to be worn by a global sensation like Ed Sheeran and even more humbling to know that our most revered client picked our watch as the gift marking this as a remarkable milestone in our brand’s achievements.”
